Our office is located inside the Symphony Tower located at 750 B Street, Suite 1600, San Diego, CA. Below are basic directions from each of the major freeways leading into downtown. Also below is an interactive map. On the map you can click the pin for our address and you will have the option to generate step-by-step instructions from your address.
From the 163:
Continue on the 163 South until it ends, at which time it will become 10th Avenue. Continue on 10th Avenue for 2 blocks, at which time you will make a right on B Street. Once on B Street you will continue for 2 more blocks. The Symphony Tower is located on B Street between 7th and 8th Avenue.
From the 94:
Continue on the 94 West until it ends, at which time it will become F Street. Once on F Street you will make a quick right onto 16th Avenue. Continue on 16th Avenue for 4 blocks and make a left on B Street. Once on B Street you will continue for 2 more blocks. The Symphony Tower is located on B Street between 7th and 8th Avenue.
From the 5 South:
Continue on the 5 South and take the exit for 10th Avenue. Continue on 10th Avenue for 2 blocks, at which time you will make a right on B Street. Once on B Street you will continue for 2 more blocks. The Symphony Tower is located on B Street between 7th and 8th Avenue.
From the 5 North:
Continue on the 5 North and take the exit for B Street. Make a left onto B Street. Once on B Street, continue for approximately 7 blocks. The Symphony Tower is located on B Street between 7th and 8th Avenue.
There are multiple options for parking at our near our building. Below are those most frequently used.
Valet:
When approaching our building on B Street, ACE Parking offers Valet services at the front entrance. Simply pull into the designated area and provide your keys to the valet attendant and they will park your vehicle in the building for you. While we offer validation to cover the costs for your parking, it does not cover the costs for Valet which is currently $8 but is always subject to change.
When you enter the building, you will need to use the elevator bank to your left hand side and select the 16th Floor.
Parking Inside The Building:
The Symphony Towers has an indoor parking garage located inside the building at floors 7 through 11. To enter the parking garage when heading West on B Street, you will turn right on 7th Avenue. Shortly before approaching the light on A Street, the garage entrance is on the right hand side. Be sure to use the entrance for “Visitor Parking” and not “Service Vehicles.” The entrance is a cork-screw ramp so be prepared to enter cautiously.
Once parked you will want to use the “Office Building” Elevators and not the “Hotel Elevators.” You will take the Office Building elevator to the 12th Floor. At that time you will exit the elevators and make a right (opposite of the restaurant). You will then use the elevator bank on the right hand side to the 16th Floor. Make sure to let us know you parked in the building and we can provide validation tickets.
Outdoor Parking Lot:
If you are more comfortable parking in a parking garage that is easier to navigate, the nearest parking garage is located on 6th and A Street and is about a 5 minute walk from our building. Click HERE for a link to Google Maps for the parking garage. After parking in the garage, you head south to A street, where you will then make a left (East) on A street.
From A Street you can enter the Hotel (Marriot) side of the building. From there you would go through the lobby and then pass the Shake Restaurant Bar & Grill and head to the elevator banks on the far back right corner, where it indicates you can access the 16th Floor. If necessary, the Hotel staff should be able to help guide you to the office building elevators.
Street Parking:
There is metered street parking throughout the blocks surrounding our building. Because of their lower cost these spots are often difficult to find. The rates are controlled by the City and are normally in the range of $2.50 for 2 hours.
Enter the building using the entrance on B Street. Once in the building you will need to use the elevator bank to your left hand side and select the 16th Floor.
