Rita Yousif is a dedicated and determined family law attorney committed to guiding clients through all aspects of family law matters with compassion and diligence. Born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq, Ms. Yousif developed resilience and a strong sense of justice early in life. In 2010, she relocated to Lebanon, where she lived for two years before moving to the United States in 2012 to seek better life and opportunities.

Fluent in four languages—English, Arabic (with full reading and writing proficiency), New Aramaic (Chaldean), and Turkish—Ms. Yousif is able to effectively communicate with and advocate for clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Her multicultural experience allows her to better understand the unique challenges many families face, particularly those navigating complex legal systems in a new country.

Ms. Yousif has always been passionate about becoming an attorney. After arriving in the United States, she began building her legal foundation by volunteering with various family law attorneys, gaining hands-on experience in matters such as divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, and domestic violence cases. Through this work, she developed a client-centered approach focused on empathy, clear communication, and strong advocacy.

Today, Ms. Yousif is committed to helping clients navigate emotionally challenging situations with confidence and clarity. She strives to protect her clients’ rights while working toward practical and favorable outcomes, always prioritizing the well-being of the families she serves.
